Supercritical CO₂ extraction System Lab. scale
Supercritical CO₂ (31.1°C, 7.4 MPa or higher) can be used as an alternative to organic solvents and is attracting attention as an environmentally friendly technology. This system is capable of testing processes that do not use water, such as washing, extraction, dyeing, drying, plating, and reaction.
Characteristics
- Various tests can be performed using supercritical CO₂.
- The lab scale system is equipped with a rubber heater on the surface of the pressure vessel.
- The flow rate of the CO2 pump can be set up to 100 ml/min.
- An entrainer pump for feeding solvent is provided as standard.
- The pressure vessel is easily disassembled for easy sample loading, unloading, disassembly, and cleaning.
- The main components used in this system are independent units and can be easily replaced for maintenance or specification changes.
- Complies with the High Pressure Gas Safety Act.
- An agitator to be attached to the pressure vessel is optional.
