This equipment mainly consists of one set of a high pressure cylinder, and a low-pressure pump and a material pressurize feed tank.
The materials, which are filled in the pressurized in the feed tank, are supplied to a high pressure cylinder by one button operation with compressed air.
The materials liquid, which is supplied to the high pressure cylinder, is discharged from the cylinder by the pressure and the flow of a supply pump.
Since automatic washing function in a system is equipped, washing before operation and after operation is performed easily and automatically.

The high pressure slurry pump can perform the high pressure stable supply of slurry like solution or viscos solution which was not able to supply with conventional plunger pumps.

This equipment mainly consists of two sets of high pressure cylinders, and two low pressure pumps and a material pressurize feed tank.
The materials, which are filled in the pressurized in the feed tank, are supplied to a high pressure cylinder automatically with compressed air.
The two high pressure cylinders are operated alternately. While one side is discharging materials, another side is filled up with materials from a pressure feed tank. The materials liquid, which is supplied to the high pressure cylinder, is pressurized to 30MPa by the finish press pump (Pressure can be adjustable), is discharged from the cylinders without having ripping of the pressure and flow.
Since automatic washing function in a system is equipped,flushing before operation and after operation is performed easily and automatically.
Moreover, since the cylinder is designed for easy assemble, the cylinder is easily washed and cleaned with disassembled from the system.
Operation of the system can be easily carried out looking at the state of equipment, since a graphical human interface by a touch panel is adopted.
